Guest Speaker- Sacha de Nijs-Learn Yoga stretches you can do at you desk and keep yourself loose throughout the day. 

We will also be installing the new Board for the 2023-2024 season, awarding our Woman of the Year and giving this year’s Scholarship Winner her check.
